To enroll your child with ADC Tutoring there are three simple steps:

Fill out the “FREE Tutoring Application” provided by the district Title I office in your county.

Make ADC Tutoring your #1 choice in the
Provider Selection Section.

Sign the bottom Parent Release Section and return the application to your child’s school.
